Our Process

Initial Consultation 

Typically, the first step is to arrange an in-person meeting at your site.  This gives the opportunity to put faces to names, have you show us around your lot or home, and chat about what you have in mind for your project.  


If you haven’t yet begun the design process, now is the time to do that.  This can be done through a Home Designer or an Architect.  


Once you have your plans finalized, we will do a budget for you.  While we strive to stick to the budget that is done at this stage, please be aware that it is very early in the process and things can always come up.  The most common budget impacts that we see are changing design choices and unknown obstacles such as pricing fluctuations or lot issues.

Retainer & Contract

If it is decided that our relationship is a good fit for all involved, we will send over a retainer agreement and contract for your approval.  

Building Permits

Before anything can be done on site, there is a lot that goes on behind the scenes.  We will handle the necessary permitting to get things started.  We will also coordinate all of the required inspections throughout the construction process in order to keep the building permit valid. 


Once work starts on your home, we will be there to coordinate the entire project.  We work with a group of local subcontractors that will help turn your dreams into a reality.     

Welcome Home

Once the project is complete you will do a walk through with us and the keys are handed over.  The home is officially yours to make memories in for many years to come!
